Target a living creature. Target makes a wisdom saving throw. If target fails, you place a beacon upon their soul. Over the next 24 hours, if a necromancers in another reality attempts to raise this creature's deadmate, they are much more likely to find this creature and bind to it. If a binding occurs, this creature suffers the equivalent of one point of exhaustion, until their new undeadmate is destroyed.
Drops the caster to 0 hit points, descending leaving their soul on the border of death. During this time, caster is paired with a random livemate from another reality, with whom they can communicate telepathically. During this time, caster suffers death saves as usual.
Infuse a willing living creature with the energy of their deadmates. While Draw the Dead is active, target takes 1d6 necrotic damage at the start of their turn, from exposure to this energy. While active, target has +1 to all ability scores and to proficiency score. Can be cast at higher levels to draw in more deadmates: for each higher level, target takes 1d6 extra necrotic damage and +1 extra to ability scores and proficiency score.
