You suggest a course of action (Limited to a sentence or two) and magically influence a creature you can see in range that can hear and understand you. The suggestion must be worded such as to make the action sound reasonable. Asking the creature to perform an obviously harmful act ends the spell.
Target must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, it pursues the course of action to the best of its ability. If the activity can be completed in a shorter time than the max duration, the spell ends upon completion of the task.
If you or any of your companions damage the target, the spell ends.
You may activate Silvery Barbs when a creature you can see within 60 feet of yourself succeeds on an attack roll, ability check or saving throw.
You magically distract the triggering creature and turn its momentary uncertainty against it. The triggering creature must reroll the d20 and use the lower roll.
