As an Action, the Noble can have any number of their Squad who are at 0 HP but not Dead gain 1 HP and take the Stand Up Action. Additionally, Squad members affected by this Stratagem ignore any Negative Conditions when making Strikes for their next Turn.
Squad members gain +1 Die to their Damage rolls with Melee Strikes, as long as their Target has no Allies Adjacent to them.
Squad members gain +1 to AC and Saves, as long as they are not Adjacent to another Creature.
As a Bonus, the Noble can have any number of Squad members use the Raise a Shield Action as a Free Action, as long as they are next to another Squad member. Any Squad member wielding a Shield, can also Shove any Adjacent Creature as a Reaction.
Squad members gain +1 to AC and Saves, as long as they are Adjacent to another Squad member.
Whenever a Squad member is the Target of a Strike, the Noble can use their Reaction to have the Squad member use the Step and Take Cover Actions as a Free Action. These are resolved before the Area Effect is resolved.
